Information We Collect

When you use TMRONE Cloud, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account information — your name and email address, provided during registration.
  • Usage logs — API call timestamps, durations, and key IDs, used for metering and billing.
  • Organization data — organization names, member roles, and settings you configure.
  • Device and browser information — collected automatically for security purposes and to prevent abuse.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the TMRONE Cloud platform.
  • Process API requests and usage metering.
  • Manage billing and payments.
  • Send transactional emails, including email verification and password reset messages.
  • Improve service quality and reliability.

Audio and Transcript Data

Audio files uploaded for transcription and resulting transcripts are stored permanently. Shared playground results at /r/{id} URLs are permanent with no deletion mechanism.

Please do not upload audio containing sensitive personal information unless you accept that it will be stored permanently.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Firebase Auth — authentication credentials for sign-in and account management.
  • Firestore — all application data storage, including organizations, usage logs, and settings.
  • NAS Zero Link (nas.io) — payment processing for all subscription and pay-per-use charges (international cards and Cambodian local payments).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery, including verification and password reset emails.

Cookies and Sessions

TMRONE Cloud uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences:

  • Firebase session cookies — used for authentication.
  • activeOrgId cookie — used to remember your selected organization context.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Data Retention

  • Audio files and transcripts — stored permanently.
  • Usage logs and API call metadata — stored permanently.
  • Account data — retained for 3 days after account deletion.
  • Payment records — retained as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account, subject to the 3-day retention period described above.
  • Export your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of TMRONE Cloud after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
